AEO Services Agency is an AEO agency UAE companies can hire to be cited when ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews and AI Mode, Perplexity and Copilot answer questions about their market. We are the AEO and GEO practice of Greenwolf Tech Labs, working remotely from India and the USA with marketing leads in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and across the Emirates. Quick answer
What does an AEO agency in the UAE do for AI search?
An AEO agency UAE brands hire tests how ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, AI Mode, Perplexity and Copilot answer buyer questions in English and Arabic, records which brands and sources are cited, then fixes crawler access, entity facts, listings such as Bayut and Dubizzle, and answer-first pages. Results are measured on the same prompts monthly.
- AI Mode reached the UAE in English in August 2025; Google has since introduced an Arabic version.
- OpenAI made the UAE the first country to enable ChatGPT nationwide, under Stargate UAE.
- Creators promoting third-party products need a Media Council Advertiser Permit.
- Dubai is ninety minutes behind India, so we share almost the whole working day.

How widely is AI used in the UAE?
Very widely by international standards. Microsoft's AI Diffusion Report for the first quarter of 2026 ranks the UAE above Ireland, where 48.4% of working-age people use AI, placing it among the highest-adoption countries in the world.
OpenAI has also described the UAE as the first country to enable ChatGPT nationwide, as part of its Stargate UAE programme. For brands selling in the Emirates, that combination means buyers are likely to ask an assistant before they open a results page, whether they are comparing developers, clinics, schools or software vendors.
Are AI Overviews and AI Mode live in the UAE?
Yes. Gulf News has reported AI Overviews appearing in UAE results, and AI Mode launched in English across the Middle East and North Africa in August 2025. Google has since introduced AI Mode in Arabic, though we have not confirmed its exact date.
Classic search is still almost entirely Google. StatCounter puts Google at 93.47% and Bing at 3.96% of UAE searches in September 2026, so Googlebot access, indexing and Search Console's generative AI report carry the most weight, with assistants such as ChatGPT and Perplexity as the second front.

What should an AEO agency Dubai companies hire check first?
Language, access and listings, before any new content is written. Most gaps we look for in Emirates businesses fall into one of these:
- Arabic and English parity: whether the Arabic site answers the same questions as the English one, with matching facts.
- Crawler access: robots.txt and Cloudflare settings that may be blocking OAI-SearchBot, PerplexityBot or Claude-SearchBot by accident.
- Property listings: consistent details on Bayut and Dubizzle for developers, brokers and landlords.
- Business profiles: a complete Google Business Profile for each branch, with correct hours and categories.
- B2B proof: LinkedIn company pages, leadership profiles and third-party coverage for firms selling across the Gulf.
How do ChatGPT and Perplexity choose sources for UAE questions?
Neither company publishes a ranking formula, so we work from what each one does document. OpenAI says OAI-SearchBot is the crawler that surfaces sites in ChatGPT search, follows robots.txt and picks up changes in about 24 hours, while ChatGPT-User only fetches pages when someone asks and is not used for indexing.
Perplexity says PerplexityBot surfaces sites in its results and is not used for training, and it publishes its IP ranges. There is a caveat: in August 2025 Cloudflare reported Perplexity using undeclared crawlers to get around blocks and removed it from its verified bot list. For an Emirates business the practical step is the same either way: allow the declared search crawlers, check your firewall is not silently refusing them, and give each engine clear, consistent pages in English and Arabic to quote.
Which UAE advertising rules affect AI visibility work?
The main one for AEO is the UAE Media Council's Advertiser Permit. Anyone promoting third-party products online needs one, with a compliance deadline around 1 February 2026, while businesses promoting themselves are exempt.
That matters when a strategy relies on creators, reviewers or forum posts. If someone is paid to mention your brand, check they hold a permit, and make the relationship visible so the content does not mislead. We build visibility through your own pages, genuine customers and earned coverage instead. This is general information, not legal advice.
What do Dubai agencies charge for AEO and GEO?
It is hard to know, because few publish prices. We found no AED rate cards, and WebTonic's review of Dubai GEO agencies found that most do not list prices at all.
The one public reference point is upGrowth, which quotes Dubai work in Indian rupees, with a strategy sprint at ₹4 lakh. We prefer full transparency on scope instead: every engagement is fixed-price, agreed after a free AEO visibility check, so the cost is known before work starts.
How does our AEO agency UAE service work across time zones?
Remotely and in near-real time. Gulf Standard Time is one and a half hours behind India, so our working days overlap almost completely and questions raised in a Dubai morning are usually answered the same day.
Each engagement runs on a shared prompt log, a fix list with owners and a monthly report. The report compares the current prompt run with the baseline and adds Search Console data and GA4 referral sessions from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai and gemini.google.com. Where your team writes in Arabic, we review the Arabic pages against the same prompt findings so both languages improve together.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Do you have an office in Dubai?
No. Our offices are in New Delhi and the USA, and every UAE engagement runs remotely, and India's time zone sits only ninety minutes ahead of Dubai.
Is Google AI Mode available in Arabic?
Yes. Google has introduced AI Mode in Arabic, after launching it in English across the Middle East and North Africa in August 2025. We test Arabic prompts separately, because the sources cited can differ from English answers.
Do Bayut and Dubizzle listings affect AI answers about property?
They can, since engines often draw on portals for property questions. We check which portals appear in your prompt results and make sure your details there match your own site. Portal descriptions that contradict your site, such as an old handover date or a wrong developer name, are worth correcting first.
Do I need an Advertiser Permit for AEO work?
Promoting your own business is exempt from the UAE Media Council's Advertiser Permit. People paid to promote third-party products online need one, so check the status of any creator you pay. This is not legal advice.
How much does an AEO agency in Dubai cost?
Few Dubai agencies publish prices, and we found no AED rate cards. We quote one fixed price per engagement after a free visibility check, so you can compare it against any other proposal.
Can you make sure my brand appears in ChatGPT answers in the UAE?
No one can promise a citation, and any agency that does is overselling. We can remove barriers, strengthen the signals engines rely on and show monthly whether your share of citations is rising.
